These terms govern the use of the Lisavue Pilot Console and Mobile App by certified drone operators (the "Pilot") for executing missions on behalf of Lisa Technologies and its Subscribers.
1.1 Licensing: The Pilot warrants that they possess and will maintain all necessary certifications, licenses, and permits required by the relevant aviation authorities to operate drones in the designated service areas.
1.2 Equipment: The Pilot is solely responsible for the maintenance, safety, and operational legality of their drone fleet and associated equipment.
2.1 Mission Agreement: By accepting a mission assignment via the Lisavue Mobile App or Pilot Console, the Pilot agrees to execute the flight path and data capture requirements as specified by Lisa Technologies.
2.2 Compliance: The Pilot must ensure that all flights comply with local airspace regulations, no-fly zones, safety protocols, and privacy laws. Any fines or penalties resulting from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the Pilot.
2.3 Data Integrity: The Pilot is responsible for capturing high-resolution, geo-tagged imagery and video according to the standards required by the Lisavue Platform to ensure AI model accuracy and verification success.
3.1 Data Contribution: The Pilot acknowledges that all imagery, video, and metadata captured during a mission assigned via the Lisavue Platform ("Mission Data") is captured under contract for Lisa Technologies' Subscribers.
3.2 Grant of Rights: The Pilot grants Lisa Technologies a permanent, transferable, irrevocable right to process, analyze, store, and utilize the Mission Data to fulfill service obligations to the Subscriber and to improve the Lisavue AI models and product features.
3.3 Proprietary Tools: The Pilot agrees not to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the Lisavue Pilot Console, Mobile App, or any proprietary software provided by Lisa Technologies.
4.1 Compensation: The Pilot shall be compensated based on the mutually agreed-upon rates for successfully completed missions, as tracked and verified through the Lisavue Platform.
4.2 Data Acceptance: Payment is contingent upon the successful upload and technical acceptance of the Mission Data by the Lisavue Platform (meeting quality, geo-tagging, and format standards).
The Pilot agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lisa Technologies from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from the Pilot's negligent drone operations, violation of aviation laws, or breach of these Terms.
